Tempered Glass and Heat Strengthened Glass is obtained by heating the annealed glass to the softening point in a horizontal tempering stove and then quickly cooling down, on the glass surface, the powerful pressure stress is applied thus the mechanical strength is significantly increased.

Characteristics:

1.      Safety: when broken, it splits into tiny harmless granule.

2.      Strong intensity. Heat-strengthened glass is appr. twice as strong annealed glass of the same thickness, and tempered glass is about 4 to 5 times.

3.      Thermal stability: the max. thermal shock is up to 300C.

4.      Tempered glass can not be cut, drill hole and other further processed.

5.      Tempered glass can be print special logo and pattern with enamel silkscreen.

6.      Various patterned tempered glass are also available.
