Hardened glass

Hardened glass is produced by heating up the floating print glass to approximates the softening 

point, even rapidly cooling on the surface of glass, causing the surface of glass to have the serious 

compressed stress, and tensile stress interior, thus enhanced intensity and stability of the glass.

Safety characteristics:

1. 4-5 times stronger than annealed glass of the equivalent thinkness;

2. Stronger resistance to thermal breakage than annealed or heat strenghened glass;

3. The glass would break up into small granules without sharps after broken.
