Our factory has the ability to make flanges of diameter ≤2,000mm and ≤15T/pc,including forgings, forged hardening, machinery cutting, rough cuttingand tempering.This sort of product is manufactured and inspected according to the national standardssuch as GB/T6402-91, JB4730-2000, JB4726-2000, JB4727-2000, JB4728-2000 andJB/75000.8.1998. Nonstandard gears are welcome with drawings or samples.
1. Material: Different steel material series, like C45, C22.8, 42CrMo, SS304 etc.
2. Process: Die Forging, Free Foring with machining
3. Heat Treatment: Temper, Quench etc.
4. Surface Treatment: Polish, Plating etc.
5 Strictly material's control and finished parts' dimension testing.
6. Third party ispection: due to customers' requirement, such as SGS, TUV etc
