3. The design features:
3.1. From the structure design, the traditional design is rigid joint type, normally, the cages were joined by bolts, obviously, the concentricity is the very important technical requirement, if it is not very precise, it will greatly affect the rotating speed and the working performance, most seriously, it will lead to cage twisting, this is big accident.
Our new structure design is flexible joint type, the cages were joined by special bearings NOT bolt, this kind of special design allow some concentricity deviation, so the high-speed rotation can be guaranteed, at the same time the working performance is very stable.
3.2. In term of the pay-off stand, we also replaced the traditional type by new design, more easy operating.
3.3. As to the protection shield, we also prolong it to cover the distributing plate, this can completely guaranteed the operating safety.
3.4. The last also the most important is the oil sealing system, our new design also completely realize no oil leakage, this is an important improvement.
4.4. Our new design is new patent product, much different from traditional design.
