Brief description of each part

1. Manual Screw pay-off stand

Structure: pay-off stand with shaft, manual lift and down, with brake damping

Plate: standard 800mm reel, max weight: 300KG (plate specification provided by user)

2. Straightening unit

Content: straightening guide pulley, alignment adjustment hand wheel

3. Cleaning system

4-direction polishing, install industrial vacuum cleaner

4. Taping head

Each taping head has two plates

1) Mechanical automatic constant tension system, install film-broken automatic shutdown sensors, high-precision micro-switch

2) There are frame and blanket in the center of taping head for fixing wire to prevent wire shaking.

3) Taping head is made of aluminum imported from the United States (grade A3 ** series), and materials made of chrome-plated

4) Brake resistor installed around the head, the device helps fixing the head when the machine stops.

5. Sintering furnace

60KW, the latest generation of high-frequency induction sintering furnace.

 Sintering head is made of copper, wrapped with high temperature resistant fiberglass tape, automatic water cooling.

Digital temperature display, voice prompt working situation.

6. High temperature pressure Roller

Use 4 direction high temperature pressure rollers to make the wire more closely after sintering.

7. Oven

Configuration: 2 meters long, equipped with four electric heating rods, the outer layer is made of stainless steel production.

Oven can be moved manually, oven door fixed to the machine. Oven temperature is constantly controlled by the intelligent temperature controller.

8. Water bath

Made of stainless steel, with inlet, outlet pipe, anti-overflow pipe and overflow bracket.

Inlet and outlet water cooling through a professional industrial chiller, chiller controlled by microcomputer controlled for the constant cold temperature.

9. Drying fan

Powerful centrifugal fan will dry the water without affecting the quality of the finished product.

10. Pneumatic tractor

Pneumatic clamping wire, not need to adjust replacing different wire size.

11. Torque motor take-up unit
