This machine adopts an integral or an individual loading and unloading of a bobbin and clamps the bobbin. It’s easy to do by pneumatic, electric or manual operations so that the auxiliary work time can be shortened and the production efficiency can be increased.      2. As for the tension of the machine the pneumatic constant tension control or mechanical friction tension control are adopted.      3. As for the wire breakage examination system RTS rotating speed sensor is used and that has the feature of the outstanding low-speed performance. This system control has accurate,fast and reliable and other characteristics.       4. A loading device from the bottom side is used to load and unload the bobbin,That occupies a small space only and is easy for the operation, safe,reliable and efficient.       5. The dual traction roller groove surface inclines a certain angle so that it can realize the natural wire separation and avoid abrading the cable core surface and improve the quality of cable cores greatly.      6. The machine adopts Siemens’ PLC to coordinate the work status of the whole machine and all-digital DC speed control system to control starting, operation of the DC motor.The electronic control system is advanced in technology, easy and reliable in operation.
