The Equipment Configuration:      It is installed with a cradle-typed reeling-out stand, a twisting cage, a die holder, a non-metal lapping head, an armoured head lapped with a metal tape, a meter counter, a traction device,a reeling in/out stand, a drive system, an electric control system and a safety protection fencing .The Unique feature:      1. The cradle-typed reeling-off stand and the bobbin of the twisting cage are driven by a single electric motor. The bobbin is clamped by the ejector needl by the bidirectional moving and a bracket is used to load and unload the bobbin  easily.      2. The bobbin of the twisting cage can be pre-twisted and the angle of single-core cable can be adjusted according to the technical requirement.      3. The method of the back-twisting for the twisting cage is the back-twisting of the differential gear, The back-twisting and the stranding without back-twisting can be realized for The cradle-typed reeling-off stand and the bobbin frame of the twisting cage.      4. The ground axle and the chain transmission are used for the transmission of  1+1 the cradle-typed reeling-out stand,so as to reduce the deformation of the cambered plate used for passing wires.
