The procedure of producing camellia oil is:

unshelling, drying, grinding, squeezing and filtrating, using purely physical methods.

It is a natural green cooking oil.

It doesnt contain cholesterol, aflatoxins

or other additives.

It is proved that Camellia oil has more than 90% unsaturated fatty acid, Oleic acid 80-83%,

Linoleic acid,7-13%.

it is rich in protein and Vitamin A,B,D,E etc.

Especially it is rich in linolenic acid which can not be produced by the body.
