HingWah is the first company that worked out bullet proof glass in China. Before 1997, China had no factory that could produce bullet proof glass as some other countries still does. At that time, Chinese armored vehicles relied on importation for bullet proof glass, which was very expensive. Worked together with Chinese Police Research Department for one year, after more than 3000 testing shots, HingWah sucessfully invented China's first bullet proof glass, thus the project leader is called as the Father of China's Bullet Proof Glass, and widely reported by the media.
