Description:
1. Excellent material uniformaty and purity, fine-crystalline, well-proportioned spheroidized structure, low gas content, high proportion of Mo produces secondary precipitation carbide.
2. Exhibits excellent resistance to softening elevated tempertaure.
3 Reistant to thermal fatigue cracking, and can be water, cooled in service.
Application:
It is recommended for difficult hotwork tooling applications such as hot punches, forging dies.
Heat treatment:
1020°c qunenchingand 500---650°c tempering.
