Operating Instruction of T86 VGA Camera

Thanks for purchasing our T8M VGA integrated industrial camera. To ensure the best performance and safety, before using it, please read the following detailed instructions.

[Packaging Components]

Please check the packaging components, a DC5V power transformer, a camera, a USB data line, a USB CD-ROM drive and an operating instruction.

[Work Configuration and Installation]

The camera could work properly only installing it in the optical instrument or device and connecting it with the display,power. It supports for the display format of 1024*768. 

[Safety Notes]

In order to prevent from the accident of fire or electric shock, please do not put the camera in the rain or humid environment, be careful to avoid water and other liquid, do not open the shell without authorization. Maintenance must be made by entrusted qualified maintenance person.

[Caution]

To prevent the dust pollution and result in its performance, please do not put up the camera lens. While connecting the camera, VGA/USB interface first, then the power of DC(5V).

[Key Functions]

MENU: Menu functions/Menu options

+ : Increase/change the cross color

- : Decrease/open or close the cross cursor

AWB/SAC: Contrast in one screen

Freeze: Photo and freeze

[Function Switch]

Followed by the button MENU, in the upper left corner, the following menu would pop up in turn and in sequence.

BRIGHTNESS——CONTRASS——SATURATION——CURSOR OFF——BLUE——RED 

BRIGHTNESS, is brightness, can be adjusted to regulate the range of 0—32 by “+,-”;

CONTRAST, is contrast, can be adjusted to regulate the range of 0—63 by “+,-”;

SATURATION, is saturation, can be adjusted to regulate the range of 0—63 by “+,-” ;

CURSOR, is crossing cursor, can be on and off by “-”, whose color also can be changed by “+”(there are seven colors to be changed),

   BLUE, is blue, can be adjusted to regulate the range of 0—80; RED, is red, can be adjusted to regulate the range of 0—80; Both BLUE and RED are applied to White Balance adjustment.

[SAC]

Adjust the screen to be the best, then press” SAC (AWB)” ,the observed object under the microscope can be photoed and freezed on the right of the screen, which is the sample for reference. The comparison can be made in one screen.

[Freeze]

Press the key “Freeze”, the observed objects under the microscope would be photographed and freezed on the screen.
