145x131mm and 10mm thick.

Material

0.23mm thick first grade tinplate. This gives this case a very durable outer construction.With a light plastic disc holder.

Printing

Any color or design could be printed in the CD case to meet different taste of the people.

Finish

Glossy lamination, Matt lamination, Crackle lamination, Embossing or debossing.

Packaging

Each CD case is packed in a  polybag and 40 cases to a carton, Carton size is about 31x31x29cm.

Container load ability

 100,000pcs/20" container.

Proofing

Our standard procedure is to provide a paper or metal proof approximately 2 weeks after received artwork from the customer.

Production lead time

Our standard lead time is 30 days once the paper or metal proof is approved by customer. But during peak production the lead time might be increased 10 days.

Safety standard

Test for food safe touch could be passed. SGS or FDA test could be done if customer needs.
