1. Production line type:

    Production capacity: 1000t/d-6000t/d (300 working days/year, 24 working hours/day)

    Fuel: natural gas, oil, coal

    Main equipments: raw meal mill, rotary kiln, cooler, cement mill and packing machine.

2. Product types:

    32.5R or 42.5N Portland cement in accordance with Britain Cement Standard BS/12/1996;

    32.5MP Portland cement, 42.5MP Ordinary Portland cement according to Chinese Cement  Standard GB175-1999.

3.  Raw material: Limestone, Clay, gypsum, siliceous materials.

4. Main production procedure:

   A. Limestone crushing and conveying;

   B. Raw material storage and proportioning;

   C. Raw material grinding;

   D. Raw material homogenizing and kiln feeding;
