Ceramic Saddle Ring is widely used as Regenerative Thermal oxidizers, Acid Gas Scrubbers, Dryer Towers, Tail Gas Scrubbers etc.

Ceramic Saddle Ring: 

It is a type of Ceramic Random Packing , which was formed by incessantly punching. To compare with Rasching Ring ,it has many advantages of big flux ,low pressur drop,high efficiency. Owing to the high voidage in layer of Packing and more than arc liquid-channels, it is not only reduce the air resistance through layers ,but adjust the diffusing ratio.

2. Saddle applied for RTOSaddle is used as heat transfer media in RTO equipment, with excellent character of high temperature resistance and thermal shock resistance during repeated cycling between 20°C and 820 °C. It's of much higher density, which specific gravity is 2.3-2.4g/cm3, and its average heat capacity is of 0.22 cal/g.°C between 20°C and 500°C.
