Structure:protecting tubes including closed and general types; insulating tubes including circular and elliptical types, or single, double and multiple holes types; other tubes including screw thread tubes and lozenge tubes.
Materials:high aluminum, corundum
Uses:protecting and insulating tubes for thermocouples measuring temperature; furnace tubes in industrial resistance furnaces, experimental electric furnaces and heat treatment furnaces; ferrous chemical carbon and sulphur analyzing tubes; other instruments and meters resistant against high temperature and acid and alkali.
Features:high mechanical strength, good heat conductivity, good performance of insulation and high frequency in high temperature, resistance against chemical corrosion.
Airtight Property:pressure lowering smaller than 3% kept 10 minutes in air pressure of 0.1MPa.
Heat Insulation: Put the tube 200mm into the furnace of 1600°C for 30 minutes, it won't bend, become viscous or soft.
Resistance against temperature sharp change: Heat the tube to 1300°C, keep the temperature for 10 minutes then take it out and cool it to room temperature. After successive 3 times, the tube won't break apart or peel.
Resistance against acid and alkali: After boiling it for 15 hours in NA2CO3 solution of 2N consistence, the weight loss is less than 20mg/cm2.
