Function brief:
1) ON/OFF function:touch on button is on, touch one second again is off.the arc LED on means currenty capacfity.at the same time,the USB 5V on means USB has output,if the usb no load,60 seconds will be off automatic
2)output function:before USB connect the load,pls let the mobile power on,then charge the devices by USB port. Before load devices by DC12Vor 16V,19V,please touch the on button 3S ,the current voltage is12V,touch on button another 3s,the voltage is 16V,and touch next another 3s,The voltage is 19V.choose the correct charge voltage for your devices first,then charging .
3) Button Function :capacity LED button,on/of button,voltage transfer button.touch 1second the button is power on,the capacity LED ON;touch 1secodn button again,the LED Off; long touch 3s,the output voltage will be transfer to 12v,16v,19v.
4)LED indicator
