TBC9527 Non-oxidizing Bactericide
1, Description
TBC9527 is a kind of non-oxidizing bactericide. Acting from destroying the adherence of bacteria, TBC9527 can destroy the adherence of microorganisms on the RO membrane totally, at the same time, TBC9527 can permeate into the biogenic sludge to make it loose, then more easy to kill by microbicide or to clean mechanically. TBC9527 have great penetrating power to microorganisms, destroy and decompose the cell of microorganisms, it is powerful to kill and inhibit the bacteria, fungus and algae in the RO membrane system.

3, Features
Non-oxidizing based, swift and effective to bactericidal action.
Effective in wide PH range, good biodegradable ability, no AOX and formaldehyde generated.
TBC9527 can kill almost all normal bacteria, fungus and algae in RO membrane system.

TBC9527 is suitable to use in the membrane system produced by most leading manufactory such as: Dow. Filmtec , GE , Hydranautics , TORAY, etc.
4, Operation Instruction
TBC9527 is corrosive because of the exist of organic acid. So please use the anticorrosive equipment to operate, such as 316L stainless steel container or PVC,PE container. It is recommend to input TBC9527 ahead of safety filtering equipment.
Adding: 5-20ppm for continuous adding
200-600ppm for uncontinuous surging adding, 1times about 1-2 weeks,
Every time 30-60 minutes
400-800ppm for system bactericidal.

5, Package
25kgs/barrel, packed in blue polyethylene plastic barrel.
6, Storage
Room temperature in 25C.degree is recommended. Please keep it in cool and dry place, its quality guarantee is 12 months. Please use up quickly as possible after open the package.
