AC blowing agent

This product mainly falls into three categories according to average grain size Dn, decomposition temperature T, and the DnxTy series compounded by average grain size Dn and decomposition temperature T. It follows the standard Q/321100 ZH008-2004.

 PropertyYellow powder, specific gravity of 1.65, nontoxic, stink-free, flammable, capable to generate? tremendous froth. During decomposition, 32% weight decomposed into gas, 27% sublimed, 41% residues. Among the decomposed gas, 65% is N2, 32% CO and 3% CO2. Decomposition heat: 359.5Jg; specific heat: 0.26; combustion heat:1070kJ/mol.

 ApplicationsIt is one of blowing agents that are widely applied. Frothing can be performed at normal pressure or increased pressure. It is widely used for frothing EVA, PE, natural rubber and PVC + NBR mixture etc, especially for large-mould hot press frothing and small-mould hot press frothing of EVAMD shoes material. It enables the frothed products to have an outstanding property; especially it is favorable for increasing the extensibility of goods and obtaining more outstanding aperture structure.?

 Quality StandardIt is produced in strict accordance with the chemical industrial standard HGT 2097-1991? and the corporate standard Q/321100 ZH008-2004.
