Properties

DM-606B won’t change the physical and chemical characteristics of paint, good miscibility with paint. High doses can effectively remove micro-organisms attached to the wall to prevent paint caking and attaching the wall panels, and then falling on the paper surface to affect the smoothness and finish of paper: Low-dose can ensure physical and chemical indicators unchanged in the using process or dozens of hours of downtime, but also for the sterilization and antiseptic of starch and neutral sizing agent.

Usage and Dosage

With the Impact jointing way, the dosage of DM-606B is 0.5% ~ 1.5% of the coating content, and the specific amount depends on the season, the environment and actual production.

Package and Storage

The product is packed in 25/200 liter plastic bucket or packed in required specification, stored in cool and well-ventilated place. Product storage period is for one year.

Notes

This product is a weak acid substance, to avoid mixing with strong acidic, oxidizing, reducing materials. Please wear appropriate protective equipment, rubber gloves and goggles and so on. Keep it under seal.
