JHT-05 Methanol gasoline additive
1. Introduction
Methanol gasoline is formed by the base gasoline, methanol and related additives, the technology key core of methanol gasoline is technical level and quality control. The quality of methanol gasoline is determined by the technical content of methanol gasoline additive. Methanol gasoline additive is a new environmentally fuel additive. It is that add a compound additive to methanol, then denature methanol and mix with oil at specific ratio to be used as vehicle fuel, its burning rate, heating value of gasification, intersolubility and explosive acceleration are close to the traditional methanol fuel. No need to transform the engine and devices, the additive can be used directly.
2. Features
a. Unique solubilization techniques can enhance the stability, make alcohol and oil have organic compatibility, no emulsificaton and layers, can soluble with national standard gasoline and ethanol gasoline infinitely.
b. Superior water resistance: can resist the moisture in the air during the transportation, storage and filling-up.
c. Good anti-corrosion: through the interactions of alkaline group in corrosion inhibitor molecules and metal surface, it can produce chemical and physical adsorption to form a good protective film, isolate the methanol contact with metal to some extent, and reduce or inhibit corrosion.
d. Superior adaptability to environment temperature: in the (-40°C ~ 40°C) environment, can be produced and used normally, can resist phase separation in low-temperature, and easy to start under low-temperature, no vapor lock under high temperature.
e. Special technology of improving heat value improved:, through denatured methanol to increased heat value, also with its high latent heat of vaporization to promote the burning rate and the overall thermal efficiency, and make the product have the same combustion effect with national standard gasoline, improve the power and decrease the consumption.

4. Use
a. Mix 10% of the improver (mass ratio) with methanol, then added to gasoline together.
b. Can be added into gasoline directly, then mix well. If large quantity be added, it need to blend with motive power.
5. Storage and cautions
a. Sealed, avoid from fire, light and moisture in storage and transportation process.
b. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, rinse with water immediately.
6. Packing
200L drum or canned.
