HBS-500-1 antistatic agent is a granule product that is very suitable to machining, if it is made to antistatic master batch, the antistatic effect is better. The granule is similar to plastic granule, so it is very suitable to injection or extrusion mixed with plastic granule.

Application
The recommended input ratio in PP and PE film is 0.2%-0.5%. The plastic surface resistance can reduce to 108Ω. The indication addition level in PP and PE injection is 0.6%-1.0%, and the plastic surface resistance can reduce to 108Ω also.
The addition level should adjusted by customers practical situation.
HBS 500-1 is especially suitable in plastic lubricant injection drum, container, sheet and other plastic parts.
