Flame Retardant P430

Application and Properties P430 is a reactive phosphorus-containing polyhydroxy flame retardant. It is mainly used to produce the polyurethane foam for flame lamination. When the foam sheet containing 2 to 4 portions of P430 is flame-laminated with the textile fabric, P430 can retard flame and improve the binding power between the foam and the fabric, making the foam to solidify after melted by heat. P430 is soluble in polyols, most of organic solvents and water.

Storage and Precautions This product is non-toxic and non-corrosive. It must be sealed and stored in dry and cool place. If it can not be used up at one time after being uncovered, the cover should be tightened during storage. Its shelf life is more than 12 months. In case of any contact with your skin, immediately wipe off and wash with water or cleanser. Specification (Q/CWH01-2006)
