1. Introduction

Xiangsheng -23 is a general purpose processing aid based on medium-high molecular weight. It is a acrylic copolymer that improves the processability and the performances of rigid PVC formulations . Xiangsheng-23 is also extremely cost-effective, requiring only very low addition levels for high-quality results.

2. Performance

1)      Promotes faster fusion, increases melt strength, enhances extensibility and improves melt homogeneity of the compounds.

2)      Increases the surface quality of PVC products. Offering excellent wall-thickness control and good thermoforming capabilities

3. Application

Xiangsheng-23 is an excellent general purpose processing aid that promotes a wide processing window providing the flexibility to limit the number of processing aids for various applications. Such as PVC sheets, pipes, fittings, window profiles, fences, packaging film and so on.

4. Physicochemical PropertiesXiangsheng-23 is White free-flowing powder, bulk density:0.40-0.50g/cm3, can not be dissolved in water and ethanol, can be dissolved in chloroform and methyl ethyl ketone.
