Halogenated Polyether Fatty Acid Ester is a new plasticizer can replace chlorinated paraffin, developed by our company together with experts after years of research.
.This product with high molecular weight is generated from the ester exchange reaction and halogenating reaction of the natural oils and alcohol. It is a kind of resistance to burn, non-toxic, environmental multi-fuctional plasticizer and particularly consistent with PVC as well as good plasticizing effect. This plasticizer is especially suitable for export products and is widely used in plastic products, like toys, PVC boots, PVC tube, PVC flame retardant conveyor belt, automobile interior, cable material, artificial leather, sealing strip etc.
.As this plasticizer has ester structure, it can replace within 50% plasitcizers of tributyl citrate (TBC), Dioctyl phthalate(DOP), butyl acrylate etc. Aslo the halogens inside could improve the product’s flame retardance and electrical insulation. It is an ideal new multi-functional plasticizer which can completely replace the chloroparaffin and phosphoric acid esters plasticizer.
.In addition, this product is made from natural oils, excluding hazardous metal and phthalic acid esters. It excludes twelve harmful materials inspected by SGS and is qualified for American and European markets.
.We suggest that you should use Halogenated Polyether Fatty Acid Ester
together with epoxy plasticizers which take 10-20% of this product to assure its thermal stability.
