Pricing: The price of PVC additives is affected by global petroleum price. Therefore, please contact us to update the price before you replace any order.
Sample: We provide to free samples from 1 to 3kg accordingly. The express fee needs to be prepaid by the customer before delivering.

Payment Terms: T/T, L/C, Western Union
Delivery Time:Lead-time is around 7-14 working days after we receive the full payment. It varies according to different products and quantity.
Packing:The normal packing for liquid is 53gallon steel drum (180-200kg/drum). We also provide ibc ton barrel packing(1000-1700Kg/barrel) and Flexitank packing(20-22Tons) as clients request.
The normal packing for solid is 20kg plastic bag. Extra charge might occur when customer requires pallet or bulk bag packing.

Top-Joy International has two big production plants, Pudong RunLu Chemical and Nanhui JinShang Co., Ltd. RunLu was established in 1993. The factory covers about 12000 square meters, mainly produce liquid PVC stabilizer and Viscosity Reducer. Nanhui JinShang was established in 2003. It covers about 10000 square meters, produce solid PVC stabilizer and stearate salt.
