TRIOCHEM 301:BE35 is a nonionic microemulsion of an aminomodified silicone fiuid,Amino-modified silicone oil ratio emulsifier is six ratio one, so TRIOCHEM 301 imparts a very soft, drapable, and elastic handle to woven and knitted fabrics. Especially the surface slipperiness of woven fabrics will be improved. TRIOCHEM 301 improves the wash-and-wear properties and the crease recovery angle, sewability and tear strength and reduces abrasion loss. The effects are fast to washing and dry cleaning. TRIOCHEM 301 has very little effect on the degree of white when usual application conditions are adhered to. As a rule no adverse effect on the shade or colour fastness properties of coloured goods is observed. As part of formulations used as fill fibre finish TRIOCHEM 301 imparts excellent slickness and resilience to the fibre. TRIOCHEM 301 can be applied either by padding or by the exhaust method, but as with all products containing silicone, the finishing liquors should not be subjected to high shear, as this might cause instability.
TRIOCHEM 311:Hydrophilic softener emulsion, pseudocationic, TRIOCHEM 311 brings about very low yellowing on white goods and imparts a soft full handle with good hydrophilicity, appropriate for white and colour goods, applicable by both exhaustion and padding.
TRIOCHEM 305: Concentrated hydrophilic liquid softener, cationic, cold water (40°C) soluble, TRIOCHEM 305 imparts a soft and greasy handle with excellent hydrophilic character, preferably on colour goods, applicable both by exhaustion and padding.
