| Use Characteristics | Organic blowing agent HiDispersion AC-75 can be used in all types of sponge, particularly adapted for microcellular expanded products where it develops an extremely fine, uniform cell structure. Relatively high decomposition temperature of 200°C to 210°C, makes it useful where pre-mature decomposition during processing is a hazard. | Processing Advantages | The thermosofting, excellent compatible EPDM/EVA binder which is combined with active dispersing promoters allows much more easily and quickly incorporation and excellent dispersion in the rubber mixing. In this way, optimal activity of the effective raw material AC is assured.
