Benefit

Provides high contrast finishing with negligible backstaining on indigo denim garments.

Ensures salt and pepper effect with grayish indigo cast

High dose of Prozyme SNC10 will give stonewash effect elimination use of pumice stones

Back staining is minimal compared to conventional neutral cellulase.

In biopolishing applications, Prozyme SNC10 gives good color retention which helps to maintain formal look of cotton garments.

High level of surface modifications can be achieved with e.g. pumice stones, which reduce machine wear and tear and fabric damages.

Gives excellent puckering and more grains.

Definition of unit

CMC	1 unit of CMCase equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes CMC-Na to get 1 μg of reducing sugar (in glucose) in 1 min. at 50C and pH4.8.
FPA	1 unit of FPA equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes filter paper to get 1 μg of reducing sugar (in glucose) in 1 min. at 50C and pH4.8.

Storage

It should be stored at 25C out of direct sunlight and in the original, closed container. Do not let freeze.

Shelf life

It retains more than 90% activity after four months when stored at 25C out of direct sunlight and in the original, closed container. It also retains more than 90% activity after 1 month when stored at 38C.

Safety

Enzyme preparations belong to protein, which may induce sensitization and cause allergic type reactions in sensitized individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor.
