About Alkaline Lipase:

Alkaline lipase is a lipase hydrolysis under alkaline conditions, which produce from wheat, corn and other agricultural and sideline product.   Alkaline lipase is a new type of detergent enzymes, main used in detergent industry.The main activated composition lipase can hydrolyze grease into dihydroxypropyl ester/ diacylglycerol/ glycerin/free fatty acid.

Application:

BIOLIFEZYME AL51 is wildly used in Detergent,Leather,Papermaking etc.

Function of Alkaline Lipase :

Lipase can hydrolyze glycerin trilaurate into soluble diglycerides, dihydroxypropyl ester, glycerin and free fatty acids. Lipase is used as an ingredient for detergent and can effectively remove fatty stains such as oil stains, lipstick stains and etc.

Dosage:

 Recommended dosage for detergent  is 3-10 g lipase for 100 kgs , sample test should be made before bulk production. 

Package and storage:

Solid packaged in 25kg bag ,Liquid Packaged in 30 kg/polyster barrel  Keep in a dry and room temperature place, it should be better under 18 degree.

Precoution:

Lipase is nonflammable and can be mixed with water in any proportion. Please wear protective articles (respirator, glasses and etc) in operation. Avoid direct inhalation and direct contact for sensitive skin, if into eye with careless, please wash at once.
