DIN 4102 Cardboard Inflaming Retarding Preparation
Advantages Comparing with Traditional APP (Ammonium Polyphosphate):
1. high molecular weight, higher degree of polymerization
2. significantly less solubility in water
3. significantly less viscosity in solvents
4. significantly increase the compatibilty with polymer or resin
5. higher decomposition temperature
6. increase the expansibility in combustion
Halogen Free Flame Retardant used in PU Foam:
APP is solid state, we recommend to add APP into Polyols or Isocyanate to make up suspending liquid, and shake well before using to prevent APP solid settlement.
Flame Retardant used in Rubber, Resin, Plastics(such as PP, PE, EVA), Fibre Base Materials(e.g.paper, wood products).
Applicable to Cardboard Products, Adding Ratio: 15-20%, FR Rating: DIN 4102 B1
Applicable to Epoxy Resin or UPR, Adding Ratio: 15-20%, FR Rating: UL94 V-0
Other Applications:
---as source of acid for Intumescent Coating
---as Intumescent Coating in wooden or plastic products.
