With some matter increasing surface tension of al residue and some pyrogen, Slugging Agent promote viscous wet and massive residue become powder and achieve separation of al and residue. The al will never be incinerated Since the pyrogen won’t release a large number of heat.

Usage:

 1) In the furnace, scatter the slugging agent ugualmente on the surface of aluminum residue after the al melt temperature raise to casting temperature, and then beat slightly and slag off after mixing aluminum residue for 3-5 minutes.

2) Scatter the slugging agent ugualmente with aluminium residue which is slagging off right now, and mix them.

3) Dosage:1.0-1.5kg/ton

Temperature:680-720°C
