Carboxy Methyl Cellulose/CMC: 

     The Carboxyl Methyl Cellulose(CMC) is a kind of cellulose ether with anion contoru, with high molecular structure. It has no smell, no taste adn no toxicity. The powder and graininess with color of white and light yellow can be easily melt in water to being colloidal solution, can melt in alcohol, ether, acetone and other organic solvent.

1 Grade: Food, oil drilling, textile, detergent, construction, paperA Food grade CMC is widely used in Food Industry as thickner, stabilizer, moisture sustainer and emulsifier to improve taste. It is used in making yoghurt, beverage, jelly, syrup, cookies, instant noodles and inebriant.

B when used in liquid, paste detergent, acts as stabilizing agent and thickening agent; When used in detergent powder, CMC can effectively prevent washes from becoming contaminated after being washed by synthetic detergent.

C In paper industry, CMC used for paper coating. It is useful for the dispersing and flowing of the pigments, enhancing the finish and smoothness of the printing quality. It is used for surface sizing to strengthen the paper and reduce the printing dusts. It can increase moisture and improve retention rate in pulping.

D Oil drilling grade CMC used in fracturing fluid, drilling fluid and well cementing fluid as fluid loss controller and tackifier. It can protect the shaft wall and prevent mud loss thus enhance recovery efficiency
