Brief introduction

ZYP550NB is a new type of oxynitride yellow phosphors for LEDs, independently developed by our company(patent has been approved). Its structure is different from that of YAG and TAG. It is applied to the packaging of white light LEDs, furthermore, it will breakthrough foreign white light patents.

Main Parameters

Usages

1.  Can be applied to packaging high bright >8000K(CCT)white LEDs.

2.  Can be used to manufacture warm white LEDs with red phosphors.

3.  Can be used to manufacture high color rendering white LEDs with other phosphors..

Directions

    Mix phosphors and silicone in a proper proportion and pump in vacuum chamber to eliminate air bubbles. Then package some LEDs and measure them. Adjust concentration and repeat the above steps until the desired CIE is achieved.
