Introduction
UTD-C-ia IICT (2-5) Series Electric Float Liquid Level Transducer is inert type electric instrument for explosive atmospheres which can measure the liquid continuously.The instrument is used at the location which is full of dangerous flammableand explosive gas. The instrument is the same with petroleum and chemical factoryand other industrial factories. They use this instrument to measure and controlliquid level in the liquid tank which in the production process. The instrument's output is 4-20mA standard DC signal which can send the signal in long distanceand can be equipped with DDZ-III type and other instruments in order toachieve automatic control liquid level and two kinds of liquid interface.

Working Principle
Due to the liquid level's change cause the flotage variance, it leads to the loadof the torque tube along with increase or decrease. This change is relative tothe liquid level variance and the proportion of the liquid. The torque tube is turnedunder the effect of flotage. It brings along the differential transformer'srotor produces angular displacement synchronous. At the same time it producesthe voltage variance which is relative to the rotor's displacement. This voltagevariance is changed and enlarged into DC420mA standard current signal to beoutput.
