Technical Description
Solid and liquid raw materials transported to the elevated tank by conveying system during the high tower spray technical procession,weighed accurately,The material stirred evenly and fully in the crutcher according to Formula proportion and feeding sequence after accurately weighed and then combined into the slurry.The slurry conveyed to the spray tower top by high voltage pump after aged,filtered and homogenized.The slurry atomized to droplet under high pressure,the droplet dried by converse hot air and combined to hollow granule detergent.The detergent conveyed to the post-blending system after air-lifting and vibration filter and added subsidiary material according to the market needed.The qualified and perfect detergent completed by drum-style mixer finally.
