The adjustable dynamic separator is made of highly wear-resistant hard alloy with the self-cleaning and interval-adjustable features. The interval can be adjusted to be 0.3mm, so that the grinding medium can be used ≤0.8mm, which help to reduce the fineness.The originally designed compound grinding sticks can be used to raise the efficiency of dispersing and milling, it also reduces the consumption of grinding mediums as well. The double spiral internal-cooling water channels can consume the thermals and heats during high efficient operation, then the satisfactory working temperature can be achieved The milling chamber can be driven by full hydraulic system, then the machine can be operated under low load in the beginning to get main engine’s light start and change the energy density to carry out the difficulty milling materials. The ingenious three-shafts-connection structure makes it easy for main engine’s assembling and disassembling and more convenient to clean for the mill. The inner layer of cylinder is made of highly wear-resistant alloy steel. After the special process treatment, it has the advantages of high resistance for wearing, no pollution to the white materials. And the inner layer can be replaced.
