1. BTD model plate-type condenser is developed and improved based on disadvantanges of common plate condenser. It can be used on heavy vacuum distillation and evcaporation device. It improves pressure falling and solves the leakage problem.

2. Single plate is thicker than commom condenser's, cooling water flows fast, liquid distributes equally because of 6 holes on plate. Comparing with the same area condenser, heat exchange efficiency is increased more than 50%, furring is produced hardly.

3. Thickness of gaskets are 10 mm. It  swells and shrinks lightly. It has the ability of resistance of high pressure. Vacuum sealing is available.
