1 preparation before working

  (1) carefully check the lubricating of the machine

  (2) check whether all parts are security and tighten

  (3) check whether the transmission belt is good, should be update if the belt is worn  

2 start-up

  (1) use adjustable frequency conveter, the speed is set from solw to fast. 

  (2)before stop working, stop feeding materials first. After the motor stop completely, materials discharged
