GoldView I is a new kind of dyes for nucleic acid stain. As an alternatives for EB, it is more sensitive and safe. It usually fit for staining fragments up 500bp. These buffers are prepared in higher concentrations than the intended final concentration. The buffer should be diluted 10000 times with the samples to reach final concentration.
