10×MOPS

Specification

MOPS buffers are used for electrophoresis of RNA. Components include 200 mM MOPS, 20 mM NaAc, 10 mM EDTA. These buffers are prepared in higher concentrations than the intended final concentration. The buffer should be diluted 10 times with ddH2O to reach final concentration.

Appearance: Clear and colorless solution, RNase, DNase and protease free.

Storage: Store at room temperature, for long term store at 4.
