2 The Usage of DBDA Fuel Stability Improvers
(1). Use before the color Change
( 2). Should do previous test before using the improvers, the dosage is according to the test result, screen out the best proportion of add itives for volume using
the recommended dosage for motor fuel is 0.1‰-1.0‰,or use after d iluting with toluene, xylene, gasoline, diesel fuel etc. according to the results
(3). Suitable temperature:-20°C-40°C
(4). The adding amount must be measured accurately by the metering pump .then mixture thoroughly by the static mixer.
3. Performance of DBDA Fuel Stability Improver
( 1).Improving the oxidation stability of vehicular gasoline, diesel and other blending fuel oil, enhance diesel quality; (2).Controlling and delaying the oil oxidation and the formation of the gelatine sediment, to extend the induction period; (3). Preventing the vehicle engine filters and fuel injectors contaminated, and reduce fuel consumption;
(4). Improving fuel combustion performance and protecting the environment.
4. Packages, storages and points for attention:
(1) Packed with 200L iron barrel.
(2) Stored in clean, dry and cool warehouse.
(3) Far away from fire and heat source.
