6.Corrosion resistance: organic or inorganic acid, organic solution and weak alkaline corrosion 

(not including hydrofluoric acid, which the consistency of fluorine medium is more the 30%, 

phosphoric acid and alkali ,when consistency are more than 30% and temperature higher than 

or equal to 180°C

7. Resistance to sharp temperature variation: cool shock 110°C, hot shock 110°C.

2) X ray testing

3) Physical Nozzle position

4) Testing of glass-lining thickness ensure 1.0--2.3mm
