Interlayer tank

Interlayer tank is an indirectly heating equipment using steam as heat source. In generally, it applies to melt sugar or heat processing for fruit juice.

It can also be used to keep warm,  cool, store or ferment. It is well polished. There are 304 and 306 stainless steel to choose.
