The potassium chloride is used for diuretic and cure of kaliopenia in medical industry, used for produce G salt, reative dye etc. in dye industry; used for potash fertilizer in agriculture industry, but not suit to tobacco, potato and sugarbeet etc.

Potassium chloride has been used to create heat packs which employ exothermic chemical reactions, but there are no longer being created due to cheaper and more efficient methods, such as the oxidation of metals or the crystallization of sodium acetate.
