How to use

The steel plate clamps have the feature of distributing the lifting points evenly.

When lift, open the jaw of the clamp, clamp the goods then lift .

After the goods touchdown, without load, then take down the lifting clamp.

Notes of using the plate steel lifting clamp

Suspension and hanging work should be proceeded by the people who have the qualication..Select the clamps which are used for their intended purpose.Use in the allowable load rang .Use in allowable range of plate thickness.Not to enter crane operating range or flip area.Not beat or impact lifted goods and clamps.Do not make the goods move or stop rapidly.Do not lift the weighted goods, it is best to use more than two clamps to make sure being safe.Use after checking the mouth clamp the plate,gasket, the jams between tooths, wear state and other abnormal phenomena.

The rated load means the maximum allowed lifting weight when used in pairs and the lifting point angle is 60°.When lifting , used with 4 pieces. Add the balanced beam when the plate is long.

The test load is as twice as the maximum work load, breaking load is as 4 times as the maximum working load.
