1.After washing and formation of Aluminum coi sheet to form many porous film. Then we coat all kinds of paint into the film by constant roller coating , via roast , finally we get the brightly , elegant Aluminum coil sheets. The final products have uniformitarian chromatic aberration , the tolerance of coating film is in 5 um. The usage rate is more than 96%.

2.The aluminum coil sheet , via the sheet-feeding machine and strain proportion automatic control system can be carried on the degreasing,washing and formation process.

3.Precise coating machine adopt the reverse coating type , it can coat the paint into the surface very well-proportioned. The roller coating rollers adopt the high strength specular roller with chrome treatment and high precise milling treatment. The precision is in 0.003mm. The proper alignment is in 0.005mm.
