Brand Story —‘ZhouSong Da’

     Feather and down Processing is traditional industry in Xintang. Over 200 years ago, the mid of Qing Dynasty, feather processing workshop in Xintang was present.

    Since then,people in Xitang cry out for customers to collecting feather along the street, which have been passed on for years. Annually, at the end of the lunar year, about 70% labor here would go out to collecting feathers, ignoring go home to enjoy the Spring Festival. Collecting feather in winter is not a easy job, since then the determination which bears hardship and the diligent spirit is deeply attached to Xintang people.

    With the feather industry continuously development, the specialized feather firm began in the Middle and Later Periods of the Qing Dynasty, such as ‘MaoYuXin’, ‘WangHeXing’, and ‘ZhouSongDa’, which is also the earliest enterprise form in China.

  ‘ZhouSongDa’ is built to last for generations more than 100 years. It is also the longest and the most flourishing firm among them. At that time, our predecessors deal with the feather after they get dried-- chicken-feather to make the feather duster; the feather from duck and goose would be send to the famous firms such as ‘BaoDeXing’ and ‘ZhaoShouBai’ for export, with regular delivery in substantial order.
