JK-07SLS is a spray driedfermented sodium lignosulphonate derived spruce wood sulphite liquor. It is a kind of natural anionic surface active agent processed with sulfurous acid pulping waste through advanced production technology. It is an aqueous solution of modified lignosulfonates containing a catalyst which promotes more complete hydration of portland cement. It does not contain calcium chloride.

Uses

The dosage is 0.3-0.4%.It makes a workable mix and yields a stronger, less permeable and more durable concrete. It is used in ready mix plants, job site plants and concrete pavers, for normal weight and light weight concrete, in block, precast and prestressed concrete plants.As a dispersing agent, it lessens the natural interparticle attraction between cement grains in water. It does this by colloidal action, by adsorption on the cement particles thus reducing their tendency to clump together and makes the mix more workable with less water.This product is mainly used in all kinds of concrete placing in site, preformed concrete, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete, especially applicable for commercial concrete, anti-freezing concrete, waterproof concrete, bulk concrete, pumping concrete and so on. PropertiesAdditive of coal water slurry: In the field of water-coal paste, the sodium lignosulphonate series products can be adopted as the main compound materials.Reinforcing agent of refractory material and ceramics: The sodium lignosulphonate series products can be used as embryo reinforcing agents in the fields of pottery and porcelain and refractory materials. They can increase the fluidity of the slurry and thus to improve the strength of the embryo.Filler and dispersant of dye and pesticide: In agriculture, the sodium lignosulphonate series products can be applied as the dispersant agents of pesticides and pelleting adhesives of fertizers and feedstuffs.The sodium lignosulphonate series products can be adopted as the adhesives in the briquetting procedure in the vertical retort zinc smelters.Increase 15% of strength in 3 to 28 days.
