(4) cautions to choose one proper concrete batching plant

1. Performance and label of construction concrete decide how to choose a proper mixer. For example, forcible mixer is chosen in water conservancy projects. In addition, choose ingredients station and storage silo according to categories of mixing concrete materials

2. Concrete construction task and time limit; two technical parameters decide the specification of the batching plant. If the concrete general productivity is M, concrete pouring days is expressed as T, working hours pre day shows as H, utilization factor is K, the specification of proper batching plant should be: X = M/T * H * K, the range of K is 0.7-0.9. The transportation condition of finished concrete should also be in consideration. For example: direct pumping or vehicle transportation, volume of the vehicle also decides the specification of the concrete batching plant. 

3. Construction environment and construction object; when decide to purchase one concrete batching plant, should give full consideration to the influence of construction object and construction environment, thus ensure smooth construction and construction quality. Please take below situations into account.

a. When the construction site needs a larger capacity pouring one time(optional batching plant need work 12 hours above), structural member has a higher demand and no additional batching plant is available nearby, it is better to choose two mixing plants with smaller specifications or a batching plant with double plants (one main plant and one auxiliary plant)

b. When there is an inconvenient transportation and takes much time for servicemen to reach the site, it is better to choose a batching plant with double same mixers with smaller specifications, or prepare enough spear parts to ensure smooth construction.

c. When the construction sites are decentralized, but there is a short distance between them, conveying radius for concrete conveying vehicles is less than half an hour, that for tip lorry is less than 10 minutes, it is better to choose centralized mixing to improve utilization rate of the batching plant and construction economical benefits.

4. Quality of operators; usually small batching plant features simple structure and control system, so it has a lower demands on operators and servicemen. While larger batching plant has a complication structure and higher automaticity, it requires high quality operators. So besides above 3 items, you should take the fourth item into consideration.

5. Configuration; generally the manufacturer has mature products configuration such as specification, quantity, categories and so on. ZZHZ can meet your special demands when you place an order. Please keep in mind improper products will cause unnecessary economically waste. In addition to refer to prices from different manufacturers, you should pay attention to their configuration lists. Besides specifications, categories and quantity, accessories manufacturers are most important.

To sum up, as choosing a concrete batching plant, you should choose the most proper one satisfying your demands but not the best, because that is most economical and effective.
