Concrete truck mixer mainly consists of dedicated chassis, Frame and guard , transmission system, hydraulic system, mixing drum, water supply system, control system and feeding and discharging device etc.

 1. Dedicated chassis

This truck adopts domestic famous chassis with reliable quality, assuring service. The technical parameters and structure refer to instruction book for chassis part.

2. Transmission system

Transmission system adopts PTO of dedicated chassis engine, namely with torque output of full power take off (PTO) at rear dedicated chassis engine, transmits power to hydraulic pump through shaft drives mixing drum to rotate through reduction box.

3. Hydraulic system

Hydraulic circuit is closed type, which consists of hydraulic pump, oil motor, wind cooler, speed reducer and high pressure pipe etc. oil pump control set is equipped with manual servo handle to keep output pressure of oil pump constant basically even, and in this way, rotational speed and direction of mixing drum is steady, then make the drum reach agitating, mixing and discharging etc. 

4. Water supply system

Water supply system is used to wash truck mixer and replenish right water inside the drum.

Supply way adopts air pressure, which adjusts the system by pressure regulating valve. 

Adjust the system pressure with regulating valve to limit the braking pressure in good state, assure safe for traveling,the truck mixer matched with large water tank, washing with different way and point to point to assure clean and convenient.

Water supply system mainly consists of water tank, water pipe, valve and nozzle etc.

5. Control system

quantitative displacement pump by the high pressure oil of motor, the motor transmits power to reduction box and drive the mixing drum rotate clockwise and counterclockwise to reach agitating, mixing and discharging

Oil displacement and direction is controlled by pump controller or pole controller, Control system adopts,which drives the mixing drum rotate clockwise and counterclockwise, the rev of engine is controlled by gun controller. Back spotlight is controlled by switch to be used at night.
